All the papers submitted for publication in the proceedings are subject to reviewing and approval by the Editorial Board. 

When the manuscript is sent to an editor, the chief editor performs an initial review of the article to ensure it fits the aims and scope of the conference. If a manuscript fits within the proceeding’s scope and the English is readable, the chief editor may send the article to an associate editor who will invite reviewers and make a decision on the manuscript. 

The proceedings use double-blind review, which means the identities of the authors are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa. All papers included in this collection will undergo careful review by three experts before being selected for publication. Once the associate editor submits their recommendation and the reviews, the chief editor will review the recommendation and make a final decision.
